The staff at Grand Lido Negril Au-Naturel were friendly and provided us with lots of helpful tourist information. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and had free Wi-Fi.

The lower employees were always anxious, which led unfortunately more rarely to the success!

Breakfast was super. The beds were the bomb, slept like kings. The staff is very friendly and the rooms were always perfectly cleaned. Very casual guests and the vouchers have read every wish from our eyes. Great!!!!

Great views of the ocean from the room and the room itself was quite spacious. Tasty meals were served at the outdoor restaurant. 🌊

Location: the hotel was so close to the ocean by climbing down a ladder and restaurants and social distancing and the beach. It also was in the middle of jackson. The room we had included satellite television, climate control and an individual safe...

Its location within easy walking distance of Booby Cay Island was favourable and stunning.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly welcomed. The view from our room was jaw-dropping, especially since we had a penthouse with multiple locations to take in the breathtaking scenery. The entire resort was meticulously clean and well-maintained. Our Butler, Orane, went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and special as possible, especially as an unconventional couple. The facilities were top-notch, and the entertainment, including the DJ's, kept us thoroughly entertained. Our room was perfect, with stunning views of the water, a luxurious Jacuzzi, a refreshing shower, and beautiful lighting. The buffet offered a great variety of options that were super tasty. our stay felt like a home away from home, and we enjoyed every moment of it. We would definitely return for a longer stay.

We were able to easily walk to Bloody Bay in just 15 minutes and the staff was incredibly friendly.

The location of the resort was amazing, with beautiful views and a relaxing layout. The variety of restaurants and food choices was a definite highlight. The staff were polite and helpful, and our Butler, Bernadine, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not satisfied with. we were disappointed to discover that there was no beach at the resort.
